WESTWU company is the main manufacturer of steel pipe painting production line, oil casing complete production line supplier in China, also inkjet equipment, tire equipment, environmental protection equipment and metallurgical equipment are our competitive products.
So far, the company has obtained more than 30 patents. The main products of the company include: steel pipe painting production line, API pipe complete production line, tire marking equipment, steel pipe spray marking machine, steel pipe conveying equipment, steel pipe weighing and measuring equipment, screw screw machine, rust removal equipment, oil painting (painting) equipment, pneumatic marking machine, environmental protection equipment (waste air/gas treatment equipment), metallurgical equipment, spraying/marking machine consumables, etc
● In October 2005, WESTWU company was formally established. In the same year, we are the agent of Germany Abbott steel pipe label spraying equipment in Chinese market. It is equipped on casing production line for Baosteel Group, our service get Baosteel’s approval and trust.
● In February 2006, our first API pipe painting production line together with pipe weighing and lengthing equipment, was successfully installed in Sanlin oil well pipe production plant for Daqing oilfeild group
● In 2009, 6 sets of painting machine for API pipe were sold to Bata, Indonesia. The same year two sets of weighing/labeling and lengthing equipments are sold and installed in Saudi Arabia.
● In 2010, Xiwu Shanghai machinery processing plant was officially built in Fengxian District of Shanghai. In the same year, two branch company and one agent of our own machines were set up in Wuxi city and Hebei province, for the market of east China and north China.
● Due to the continuous improvement of standard spraying equipment, oiling equipment, weighing and length measuring equipment, more and more buyers order these equipment. In the year 2011 our equipments installed in Tuha oilfield, Karamay Oilfield steel pipe plant, Hailong group, Baosteel and Liaohe Oilfield. In the same year, a full set of API pipe production line(from seamless steel pipe to API pipe) was exported and installed in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
● In April 2010, we signed an agreement with Zhongyuan special steel Group, to provide a set of drill pipe production line to them.
● In 2011, our machines, two API pipe production mill lines were exported to Thailand petroleum steel pipe company. In the same year, Our Thailand branch company was established, to sell rubber spray painting equipment.
● In 2012, one API pipe production line was exported to Vietnam and 6 pipe painting production lines were exported to Thailand Baoli Group. 10 sets of tire inkjet equipments were delivered in Kunshan Zhengxin Rubber Co., Ltd
● In 2016, Our machine, the waste gas treatment and environmental protection equipment installed in Henan Fengbao and came into use.
● In 2017, Hunan Youdu mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, wholly owned by Shanghai Xiwu company, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a plant area of 18500 square meters
● In the year 2018, 20 oil casing production lines were sold before October, including 2 production lines exported to Russia, 1 sold in Ukraine, 1 in UAE, others were sold in China. And same year, 150 sets of tire identification equipment and 18 sets of environmental protection equipment were sold in China.
● In 2019, One full set of automatic spraying production line and VOC waste gas treatment equipment was sold to CITIC Pacific Xinye special steel Group; Jingjiang special steel 180 production line was delivered.
● In 2020, the 89 production line and 340 production line of were sold to Hengyang Steel pipe plant., including the Blast furnace waste heat recovery system, which is the first in China(heat recycle principle applied in blast furnace area).
● In November 2020, our factory is rated as a high-tech enterprise in Hunan Province.

During production, we will make time arrangement schedule according to delivery time on contract.
After sale, we offer ground layout drawings, working manual and guide technicians to install machine, or send technicians to customer's working site to guide buyer's worker installing machine and test-run.
